Jakarta, Kemendikdasmen – The Integrated Service Unit (ULT) of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) has once again received appreciation for the quality of its public services through the 2026 The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) event organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA).
At the event, the Ministry of Education and Culture's ULT won three Gold awards: Best Customer Protection (Gold), Best Business Contribution (Gold), and Best Contact Center Public Service (Gold). The awards were presented at the 2026 TBCCI event held at the Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, on Thursday (September 24, 2026).
These three awards serve as a form of appreciation and encouragement for the Ministry of Education and Culture's ULT to continue improving the quality of public services that are responsive, professional, and oriented towards community needs.
The Head of the Bureau of Communication and Public Relations (BKHM) of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Yudhistira Nugraha, stated that this achievement was the result of collaborative work by all levels in maintaining and improving service quality.
"This award recognizes the hard work of the entire team in providing increasingly fast, responsive, and community-focused services. For us, the most important thing isn't just the award, but how we continue to maintain and improve public trust in the Ministry of Education and Culture's services," he said.
Head of the Integrated Services Information and Facilitation Section, Anandes Langguana, said the award further strengthens ULT's commitment as one of the frontline public services of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
"Every interaction with the public is an opportunity to provide solutions. Therefore, we will continue to strengthen the quality of our human resources, service processes, and innovation to ensure the public has a convenient, fast, and FRIENDLY service experience," he said.
The ULT Kemendikdasmen is located on the first floor of Building C of the Kemendikdasmen Office in Senayan, Central Jakarta. The public can obtain information and submit reports and complaints through several available service channels, including the 177 Call Center, email at pengaduan@kemendikdasmen.go.id, and the website http://ult.kemendikdasmen.go.id.
These various channels are part of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education's efforts to ensure that public information needs, aspirations, and complaints are received and followed up in a responsive and accountable manner.
The TBCCI is an annual competition held by ICCA and serves as a recognition platform for organizations that improve the quality of contact center services in Indonesia. Awards are given based on assessments of various aspects of service, operations, contributions, and user protection and experience.
The achievement of three Gold awards at the 2026 TBCCI builds on the achievements of the Ministry of Education and Culture's ULT in previous years. This achievement motivates us to continue providing public services that are FRAME—Responsive, Accountable, Serving, Adaptive, and Harmonious—as part of the effort to realize Quality Education for All.
